All in a good cause
The business and economic situation might not be as good as it was a year ago but I suspect that Comic Relief won’t have done badly.
In the spirit of the day the Chairman of our business breakfast club (Business League, Saltash) decided that we should have a’ secret sneak’ in operation. The idea was for this nominated ‘sneak’ to monitor the proceedings over breakfast and announce at the end who’d been fined, and for what. Suffice it to say that from a group of 17 largely self-employed people we managed to raise nearly £115 – and have a huge laugh into the bargain!.
