Clarihon Newsletter survey
We ran a small survey in January using Constant Contact to gather feedback on our newsletter. A big thank you to all who took the time and trouble to complete it but there is still time if you’ve not filled it in! There are 14 questions on the frequency of these newsletters, how useful the articles are, the type of content etc. and if you are prepared to complete it, please click this link ==> to the survey.
From the results to date, these are the main points:
• 80% of repsondents are happy with the bi-monthly frequency (as done now)
• 80-90% of readers read some or all and are reasonably happy with the content
• nearly 90% of readers find something of interest in the newsletter
• the Hints & Tips section is the most useful, followed by Articles
• there was no preference for which day of the week or time of day that the Newsletter arrives
General comments include:
• giving a more local feel to articles
• before and after case studies
• new technologies – pros and cons for businesses
• more explanations about technologies and how we can help with them
