Save paper and time with an electronic Christmas card
If you're running out of time, want to save paper/trees or just want to do something a little different this Christmas, why not send your friends, family or clients and business contacts an electronic Christmas card?
We can help you create and deliver various styles of card at prices to suit any budget.
Option
1 - aimed at those who use Microsoft Outlook to send
their e-mail (or any other e-mail client that can create/import
templates or stationery). This is a simple card with
a simple message at the top, a lovely Christmas or seasonal
image with your company logo (if aplicable), and room
for a personalised message at the bottom. You
provide us with the logo and message, we prepare the
card and send it to you with instructions on how to edit
and send it.
Cost: £70 + VAT
Option 2 - Similar to option 1 but with a more stylish
and individualised card image. Like option 1, we take
your logo (if applicable) and your instructions, create
the card and
send it to you with full instructions. To make sure that
the card is viewable in all its glory by all recipients,
irrespective of the settings on their PC, we create a
copy on our web site that they can view via the Internet
using their web browser (Internet Explorer etc).
Cost: From £120 + VAT
Option 3 - A full custome electronic card, personalised
for each person and distributed to the recipients
in a list you supply. The method of distribution we use
means that very few, if any, cards will get blocked by
SPAM filters etc. Something that regularly happens with
cards sent out via Outlook etc.
Cost: From £300 + VAT
Note 1: Each e-mail client displays e-mail messages and images differently. Some people deliberately prevent images from displaying in e-mails and others set e-mails to display only in the simplest of ways or formats (non-html). This means that e-cards need to be designed for the lowest common denominator and/or have an equivilent web page version.
Note 2. E-mails sent to multiple people from Outlook or other personal e-mail client can be seen by SPAM filters as SPAM. The larger the number of recipients, the more likely this is. Messages with images are also more likely to be viewed this way. Normal e-cards sent to 10 or less people in one go should be safe but this isn't guaranteed. E-mail/e-card distribution systems have a much higher success rate for delivery of e-mails than Outlook and other personal e-mail clients.
Note 3. The only way to personalise e-cards sent from Outlook or other personal e-mail client is to send them out individually, adding the recipient's name at the top. Using an e-mail/e-card distribution sysytem (as we do) means that one e-card and a list of recipients can be used to generate personalised e-cards automatically.

Alternative browsers
Internet Explorer isn't the only web browser around. Although it's improved a lot in the last few years, many people prefer to use free alternatives when they're browsing web sites.
Alternative e-mail clients
Like with Internet Explorer, Microsoft's Outlook and Outlook Express aren't the only browsers in town. If you don't use an on-line e-mail reader like Googlemail or yahoo mail you might want some alternative, free e-mail software on your PC.
